Your Commitment To The Cohort

W.E. ARE NEXT is intentionally designed as a deeply relational, immersive cohort experience. The depth of this experience depends on each participant being fully present and engaged throughout the journey.

As a confirmed participant, you've committed to attending all sessions in person and for the full duration of each experience. Cohort days should be treated as dedicated time for growth—stepping away from meetings, work responsibilities, email, and other competing commitments so you can be fully present with your cohort.

Because of the highly interactive nature of W.E. ARE NEXT, partial attendance, arriving late, leaving early, or participating virtually are not part of the experience.

We understand that unforeseen life events and emergencies can occur. If a significant circumstance arises during the experience that may impact your participation, please contact Christina as soon as possible so we can discuss next steps together.

  • Photo — Used for your LinkedIn spotlights. No need for a formal headshot; just choose something that feels authentic to you and ready for public use.

  • Shirt Size — Please indicate both your men's and women's sizing.

  • Dietary Restrictions — Please share any allergies, sensitivities, or dietary preferences.

Due by Friday, July 24

  • Intake Form — Download, complete locally, and email back to Christina. This equips your coach to hit the ground running.

  • Pre-Experience Assessment — Complete via the link provided. No need to email confirmation; your submission is recorded automatically. This assessment helps us understand the cohort as a whole and customize the learning journey for you and your fellow participants.
