For over 40 years, Indy has been the city that crowns champions. Now, we’re shifting the spotlight to the women who lead those champions behind the scenes—the ones driving vision, building teams, shaping culture, and creating impact that lasts long after the final buzzer.
In partnership with Indiana Sports Corp’s bold 2050 vision, we’re investing in the women who make championships possible. This is more than a milestone—it’s a movement to fuel leadership in sports and spark the innovation needed to shape the next generation of champions.

Advanced Women Leaders (AWL) is a multi-month immersive journey that provides a space for experienced leaders to grow and expand themselves to become more courageous, purposeful and influential leaders.
Advanced Women Leaders
An investment in senior-level women that grows each leader and their organizations. AWL is rooted in neuroscience, research, proven frameworks and best practices. Application of this experience results in immediate and sustainable impact. It provides each leader with innovative options to navigate the myriad of complex situations that senior leaders face. The Bloombase experience for emerging leaders (AIM) is a 6-month investment in the pipeline of future leaders. Grounded in research and emotional intelligence, this experience provides space for leaders to develop themselves into the leader they aspire to be, creating impact in their careers, communities and lives.
