Based in Chicago, Melissa Hammer has over 15 years of experience designing and facilitating leadership programs; coaching teams and individuals; and managing worldwide projects.
She is passionate about bringing a practical, results-focused approach to clients and leverages her background in professional services and Fortune 500 companies to support her clients’ focus towards their organizational and individual goals.
Melissa holds a Bachelors in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University and is a registered CPA. She is certified in numerous tools including the MBTI, EQi2.0, HBDI, and the Strength Deployment Inventory. She is a graduate of the Hudson Institute of Coaching and an ICF-certified coach.
Melissa loves spending time with her family in the Chicago area – which includes her husband and three daughters. She enjoys attending sporting events and cheering for teams that don’t usually win – such as most Cleveland professional sports teams and even her beloved Indiana Hoosiers. She also has an immense sweet tooth that she works to ignore on a daily basis.
