Executive Coaching Client Spotlight
Jason Berkowitz
“You can read all the leadership books or take all the training courses, but without someone who truly understands you and your leadership style, it’s hard to figure out what kind of leader you really are. Coaching helped me embrace who I am, stand by what I believe in, and lead authentically."

To help us gain a deeper understanding of Jason’s Executive Coaching experience, we asked him a series of questions.
Here are his responses…
How has coaching influenced your leadership journey and personal growth?
Coaching has been transformative, helping me evolve as a leader by shifting my focus from daily tasks to long-term strategic priorities. It has also encouraged me to lead with greater authenticity and balance, ensuring I align my leadership approach with my core values. Personally, it has helped me prioritize what truly matters, allowing me to invest my energy where it has the greatest impact.
What is the greatest ROI for this investment you made in yourself?
The greatest return on investment has been the clarity I’ve gained about my core values and passions. Understanding what excites me has allowed me to align my work with purpose and prioritize what truly matters. Coaching also helped me recognize areas that drain my energy, and I’ve learned to bring in additional resources or tools to mitigate those challenges, allowing me to stay focused on what I do best.
What was your coaching experience like? How did the sessions and your relationship with your coach shape your growth?
My coaching experience was incredibly rewarding. Sessions were tailored to my needs, providing a mix of reflection and action-oriented strategies that had an immediate impact on my leadership. My coach created a space of trust and openness, helping me gain deeper self-awareness and refine my leadership style in a way that truly resonated with me.
What would you say to someone considering executive coaching? Why might it be worth pursing?
I would say go for it because each person is different. You can read all the leadership books or take all the training courses, but without someone who truly understands you and your unique leadership style, it’s hard to figure out what kind of leader you really are. I’ve taken tons of leadership courses before, but they didn’t resonate with me the way coaching has. Coaching helped me embrace who I am, stand by what I believe in, and lead with authenticity. It’s made a huge difference for me, and it shows up in how I lead every day.
